Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once services have commenced or digital products have been accessed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • If a paid consultation or service is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@ureduconnect.com within 7 days of purchase, provided the service has not been delivered.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Application and registration fees.
  • Third-party or institutional fees.
  • Services already rendered or partially completed.

4. Processing of Refunds

If approved, refunds will be credited within 10 business days to the original payment method.
